<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:With the fourth industrial revolution, technology around the world is developing faster, enabling faster information transfer (Nabilah et al., 2021). This is exacerbated by the increasing number of internet users around the world. Internet use is prevalent in many areas of everyday life. The economic sector is the only industry that has been negatively affected by the emergence of the internet (Malay, 2022).Methodology: The methodology used in this research is quantitative. Consumers who took part in this survey had previously made purchases at Shopee.com. On the other hand, the minimum number of samples needed for this research is around 90 samples by using a questionnaire in determining the research. While the analysis tool uses multiple regression via SPSS.Findings: The results of the study suggest that keeping this in mind, it can be said that Electronic Word Of Mouth is a useful word of mouth tool for Shopee purchase recommendations. Electronic Word Of Mouth has a more dominant influence on the purity of purchases at Matahari Depart Store, so it is suggested that Matahari's management must be able to provide good service to consumers.Implication: The implications of the research state that brand image lifestyle and electronic word of mouth promotion on purchasing decisions are very decisive for marketing. So that the brand can create a good product and increase purchases.</dc:description>

Entity business management is currently not only based on economic aspects but also social aspects as the main basis for decision makers.Methodology:This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, institutional ownership, audit committee, independent commissioners, and company size on the sustainability reports of LQ 45 companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019, so that 85 research samples were determined. Data was processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression.Findings:Related to sustainability in full and detail in the annual report or make a separate report regarding the company's social and environmental activities in the sustainability report or sustainability reporting. FOR Investors Investment is given to entities engaged in the natural resource management sector. Disclosure of sustainability reports is a consideration because entities that carry out and report corporate social responsibility will undoubtedly be more attractive to investors. After all, this gives legitimacy to the company's good value in the eyes of investors.Implication:Future research is expected to use different objects, such as companies in the manufacturing and mining sectors, which are directly correlated with environmental aspects and different indices, for example, SRI-KEHATI, LQ45, Kompas 100, and so on. The different research times and variables are also a suggestion for other researchers—the value of shares, aspects of capital, and other financial performance.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:Most graduates from Nigerian universities are trained to rely on white-collar employment for their living rather than being given entrepreneurial or self-reliant skills. Because of this, a sizeable percentage of Nigerian university graduates are still looking for rewarding jobs today. Although they theoretically understand becoming self-sufficient, they need more business acumen. It is, therefore, vital to equip these graduates with the abilities and information required to enable them to create employment rather than seek it. As a result, this study looked into the impact of entrepreneurial abilities on graduates' readiness to venture and accept risks.Methodology:The study's research tool was a thoughtfully created questionnaire with a descriptive design. The researcher employed both a descriptive study design and a causal research design. The population of the study consisted of 7,098 Covenant University graduates. The Yamane formula was used to determine the sample size for this investigation, which was 379. The study's random sample techniques were practical, clear-cut, and intended.Findings:The study's conclusions show a significant and favorable relationship between graduates' risk-taking propensity and entrepreneurial skills among Nigerian university students.Implication:The study finds that graduates' tendency to take risks and their intention to start their businesses are highly influenced by entrepreneurial education and the development of entrepreneurial skills through self-learning and taught courses.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:Considered peripheral to economic and public policy in the past, the role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) has recently been highly recognized as a critical factor in the economic growth and development strategies of countries worldwide. This notwithstanding, SMEs continue to face a myriad of challenges about financing. The study, among others, sought to explore financing challenges facing SMEs in Kwahu West and Birim Central Municipalities of Ghana.Methodology:A survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 200 senior officers of SMEs in the selected municipalities. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and linear regression statistical techniques were employed in data analysis.Findings:The findings indicated that most SMEs in both municipalities were sole proprietorships and needed more capacity and expertise to fulfill the requirements for external funding. Also, SMEs need more access to credit, adequate managerial expertise, information asymmetry, and transaction costs. In addition, the findings indicated that SIZE of SME and SME age have a positive and significant relationship with SME financing. Moreover, alternative funding sources, including equity sources provided by the alternative market of the Ghana Stock Exchange, were identified.Implication:The study concluded that although the financing challenges are real and numerous, stakeholder engagements and general governmental support can help push the growth and sustainability of SMEs. It was recommended that the National Board for Small-Scale Industries compile a register of all SMEs in the country and provide a platform for publishing their annual financial reports.</dc:description>

The problem formulation of this research is to determine the effectiveness of providing business capital loans in developing women's entrepreneurial spirit (PT Esta Dana Ventura, North Maluku, and North Sulawesi) to determine the effectiveness of providing business capital loans in developing women's entrepreneurial spirit.Methodology:The type of research method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive. This method is a form of problem-solving by identifying problems and analyzing the effectiveness of providing business capital loans in developing women's entrepreneurship. In this research, data was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data reduction, presentation, and conclusion are the data analysis techniques used.Findings: The research results show that based on interviews with the six women above, the effectiveness of providing business capital loans in developing women's entrepreneurial spirit carried out by PT Esta Dana Ventura Manado is quite effective. It is likely effective because the aim of providing business capital loans in the context of developing women's entrepreneurship by PT Esta Dana Ventura Manado has been achieved to empower and prosper members.Implication:However, there needs to be more supervision over the use of loans by members, resulting in borrowers using business capital loan funds not purely for business but for families whose money is only partially for business, resulting in delays in installment payments.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose: The Current Account is an essential indicator of an economy's speed. It is because it is defined as the sum of trade balance, net income from abroad, and net current transfers. Therefore, the impression of the Markov chain is a viable instrument for investigating the Nigerian Current Account (NCA) formation in finite since each finite state interconnects for suitable decision-making. Thus, this dissertation studied the stochastic analysis of the Markov chain on NCA data (2004-2022).Methodology:The NCA data were transformed into a 3-step transition probability matrix solution to cover independent years. The future NCA data changes were known by introducing a time interval of three years as row vectors.Findings: The solution matrix of the stochastic analysis showed that 2004-2012 has the highest probability of reducing payments by 72%, the year 2005-2013 has the highest probability of reducing by 66%, and finally, 2014-2022 has the highest probability of no-change in payments of goods and services by 3.3%.Implication:Finally, other statistical variations were also considered and discussed in this paper. All this informs the Nigerian economy on the proper way to make vital decisions effectively and are hopeful for future investment plans both short and long term respectively.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose: The vagaries of the macroeconomic variables make the business environment unpredictable, and this often portends mammoth implications for various businesses, primarily critical businesses such as banking, which the successive governments within the Fourth Republic have strived to protect jealously. Therefore, this study assessed the impact of macroeconomic factors on the performance of Nigerian banks from 1999 to 2021.Methodology:Data for the study period came from the World Bank reports and the CBN and SEC Statistical Bulletins. An ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) model was employed to evaluate the data.Findings: Lending interest rates had a negative and statistically insignificant impact on the performance of Nigerian banks with a coefficient of -0.0422 (p-value = 0.3860 & gt; 0.05), in contrast to the unemployment rate, which had a negative but statistically significant impact with a coefficient of -0.0534 (p-value = 0.0012 & gt; 0.05).Implication:Lending interest rate and unemployment rate impeded banks' performance, gross domestic savings, GDP per capita income, and exchange rate facilitated banks' performance in Nigeria.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose: UD. Setya Abadi D. M is a business unit focusing on the food industry, such as making frozen food (Maryam, churros, tortillas). In carrying out its production activities, this company certainly needs a strategy to compete with other competitors, one of which is forecasting. In this research, the data used is past product sales data from July 2021 to June 2023. This research aims to forecast sales in the future period in order to meet customer needs.Methodology:This data processing uses the weighted moving average and double exponential smoothing methods, which are then tested with the Mean Absolute Percent Error value. Forecasting with the lowest MAPE value is an effective method. The α value used in the double exponential smoothing method from 0.1 to 0.9 is chosen to have the lowest MAPE level: α = 0.6 and α = 0.7. Meanwhile, the weighted moving average method uses three months and four months.Findings: In the MAPE calculation, the results obtained for double exponential smoothing α = 0.6 are 6.45%, and α = 0.7 are 7.14%, while the moving average n = 3 is 13.59%, and n = 4 is 13, 48 %.Implication:It can be concluded that the lowest MAPE value was produced using the DES (Double Exponential Smoothing) method with ???? = 0.6 with a MAPE value of 6.45%. This value is lower than DES ???? = 0.7, 3-month WMA, and 4-month WMA with weights of 0.4, 0.3, 0.2, 0.1.</dc:description>

The researchers gathered data from 208 participants. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis.Findings: Findings showed that SMEs' proactive-ness (PROA) and customer satisfaction have a negative association. However, the relationship is insignificant (p>0.05). Risk-taking (RSKT) and innovativeness (INVT) of SMEs and customer satisfaction have a favorable link that is statistically significant (p<0.05).Implication:The study concludes that SME owners and managers must properly evaluate their EMP, which may be the possible cause of the inability to cope with the dynamic and competitive business climate. The study recommended, among others, that SME owners and managers embrace more innovativeness and risk-taking disposition to achieve improved performance relative to customer satisfaction and combine entrepreneurial marketing skills of risk-taking and innovativeness.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose: Stock market performance and operation have been widely recognized as a viable investment field in financial markets. Therefore, this paper studied the stochastic analysis of the Markov chain and PCA in the closing share price data of Access and Fidelity banks (2016-2022) through the Nigeria Stock Exchange. The share prices were transformed into a 3-step transition probability matrix solution to cover this number of years.Methodology:This research uses the Markov chain method, which defines a stochastic process. Mathematically, a stochastic process can be defined as a collection of random variables ordered in time and determined at a series of time points that may be continuous or discrete.Findings:The criteria for obtaining four share prices formed from the two merged banks' 2x2 matrices were given, and analytical solutions of principal components were considered for future stock price changes.Implication: The solution matrix of the two merged banks showed that they have the best probability of price increasing shortly: 12%, the best probability of reducing in the future by 22%, and the best probability of no-change shortly by 21%, which is a tool for proper decision making in the day-to-day management of the bank; which shows it is profit making organization and are hopeful for future investment plans both short or long term respectively.

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:A dividend policy is a difficult policy to implement because management needs to determine whether the company's profits will be distributed to shareholders as dividends or retained in the form of retained earnings. Thus, management needs to consider the factors that influence dividend policy. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, company size, solvency, company growth, and free cash flow on dividend policy.Methodology:The population in this study were 30 consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sample obtained in this study amounted to 90 observations determined by the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used was the multiple linear regression analysis technique.Findings:The results of the study showed that liquidity, company size and solvency did not affect dividend policy. Company growth had a negative effect on dividend policy. Free cash flow had a positive effect on dividend policy. Further research is expected to add other variables that are more related to dividend policy, such as profitability, investment opportunity, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership.Implication:This research can provide practical implications to various parties, such as company management and investors because the results of this study can serve as a guideline for companies to determine optimal dividend policies and for investors to consider when choosing companies with the potential for dividend payments. Meanwhile, the theoretical implications can add to the reference sources that can enhance the theoretical understanding of the factors that can influence dividend policy.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:This study was conducted to address the importance of audit quality in maintaining the credibility of financial statements of manufacturing companies, particularly in the food and beverage subsector, which contributes significantly to the national economy. The study also aims to respond to the inconsistency of previous research findings regarding the factors that influence audit quality.Methodology:This research utilized a quantitative approach with logistic regression analysis, focusing on food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. Using purposive sampling, 49 firms were selected with a total of 147 observations, and the data was sourced from annual financial statements on the IDX website.Findings:The results of the study indicate that public accounting firm size and firm size have a positive influence on audit quality. Companies audited by large accounting firms and those with larger scales tend to produce more reliable financial statements. In contrast, audit fees, audit tenure, and firm age do not show a significant effect on audit quality. These findings affirm that not all external factors related to the company or the auditor play an equal role in determining the quality of audit outcomes.Implication:This study implies that both company management and policymakers should consider the credibility and size of public accounting firms when appointing external auditors, as well as use these findings to develop more effective audit governance policies that enhance stakeholders' trust in financial statements. </dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:This study investigates the long-term impact of fiscal policy and economic diversification on Nigeria’s economic growth, with a focus on understanding their interrelationships and effectiveness in driving sustainable development.Methodology:Using time-series data from 1983 to 2024, the study employs the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) bounds testing approach to examine both the short- and long-run dynamics among key fiscal variables, diversification indicators, and real GDP growth.Findings:Empirical findings reveal a significant long-run relationship between fiscal policy instruments, particularly government expenditure and tax revenue—and economic growth. The results highlight the importance of strategic fiscal management and the need to accelerate diversification policies to reduce reliance on oil revenues and promote inclusive development.Implication:The study recommends that fiscal authorities adopt more growth-oriented expenditure frameworks and broaden the revenue base by enhancing non-oil sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, and services. This research contributes to the policy discourse on fiscal sustainability and structural economic reform in Nigeria.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:The COVID-19 pandemic has caused tremendous uncertainty in the business world, so companies are required to adjust their financial strategies. This study aims to examine the influence of the redesign of the Company's financial architecture—including the ownership structure, capital structure, and corporate governance on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) post-Covid-19 pandemic. The sample of this study consists of 200 companies.Methodology:The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach with an analytical descriptive research design. The quantitative approach was chosen because it aims to measure the influence of certain variables numerically, especially the influence of financial architecture redesign on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) post-Covid-19 pandemic. To test the relationship between variables, multiple linear regression analysis method was used. The population in this study is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2020 to 2023.Findings:The results of this study show that changes in capital structure and corporate governance post-COVID-19 have a significant impact on the value of the company, while changes in ownership structures tend to have a more limited effect.Implication:This study shows that the redesign of ownership structures, optimal capital structures, and improvement of corporate governance have a significant influence on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange post-Covid-19 pandemic.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:In recent times, Adirama Beach Hotel has also experienced difficulties in maintaining the reliability, openness, and security of data related to the room reservation process that occurs at this hotel. It shows that the current system is vulnerable to fraudulent practices that are detrimental to the hotel and guests. This study aims to analyze whether the internal control of the accounting information system implemented by Adirama Beach Hotel can support all managerial activities in making more effective and efficient decisions.Methodology:The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with a focus on explaining how the implementation of good internal control can overcome fraud in room reservation management.Findings:Based on the results of the internal audit conducted, there are several weaknesses in the control system implemented in this hotel, such as the lack of adequate supervision of the reservation process, as well as low audit frequency. These weaknesses allow fraud to occur, which is detrimental to the company. Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to improve supervision, regular training for employees, and the implementation of more advanced technology to support a more effective internal control system.Implication:With these improvements, it is expected that Adirama Beach Hotel can minimize the risk of fraud, improve accuracy in recording reservation data, and increase transparency and security of existing information. Ultimately, these improvements will support better decision-making in hotel management and help increase the company's overall profits.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a crucial component of the Indonesian economy. Their role is crucial, not only as job creators but also as key drivers of the local economy. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Arfer Outlet in Palu City as an MSME in the beverage sector.Methodology:The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach combined with quantitative analysis, focusing on two main aspects: non-financial and financial. The financial aspect is analyzed using five indicators: Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Average Rate of Return (ARR).Findings:The results of the study indicate that the Arfer Outlet is financially feasible. It is indicated by an NPV value of Rp3,602,691 (positive), a PI of 1.35, an IRR of 48.93%, and an ARR of 85.96%. Although the PP value of 1.16 years slightly exceeds the economic life of the asset, the difference is still within reasonable limits, so the business is still considered feasible.Implication:These findings confirm that financial indicators can provide an objective picture of a business's sustainability prospects. Therefore, this study not only contributes to the literature on business feasibility studies for MSMEs in the beverage sector but also provides practical recommendations for micro-enterprise development in Indonesia.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:Opsen PKB, as the latest additional tax levy imposed on taxpayers, needs to be studied to predict its revenue potential in order to support maximum tax realization. Methodology:Therefore, this study was written with the aim of predicting the potential of Opsen PKB in East Java using time series analysis via two scientific methods, namely simple linear regression and single exponential smoothing. The use of two different scientific methods for prediction is done to provide two different views on it.Findings:The results of the prediction calculation using simple linear regression showed good forecast accuracy and a steady increase in Opsen PKB. However, the prediction results were linearly patterned for the next ten periods, indicating that the model was not able to capture fluctuations in the time series data.Implication:Meanwhile, the results of calculations using one of the single exponential smoothing models predicted a decline for the next period, with no pattern.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Purpose:This study investigates the effect of inventory management on customer satisfaction among retail MSMEs in Tangerang City. Using a quantitative explanatory survey method, the research evaluates the causal relationship between inventory control practices and customer-perceived service outcomes.Methodology:Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 100 customers selected using purposive sampling. Validity, reliability, and normality tests confirmed that the instrument and dataset met statistical requirements. Simple linear regression analysis demonstrated that inventory management has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.564 and a t-count exceeding the critical value. The coefficient of determination revealed that inventory management accounts for 70.3% of the variation in customer satisfaction, while the remainder is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study.Findings:The findings highlight that effective stock monitoring, accurate records, and timely replenishment are key drivers of service quality perceptions, shopping convenience, and repurchase intentions. The study concludes that retail MSMEs must strategically strengthen their inventory systems to improve customer experiences and sustain competitiveness.Implication:Enhancing inventory processes should be viewed not merely as operational control, but as a critical component of customer service performance and business sustainability.</dc:description>
